1. Category Analysis/Selection

Our judges and senior members of our editorial team review and update categories annually to reflect changes in industry best practices, priorities and trends. We then set our requirements for detailed data, metrics and examples to help ensure the individuals and organizations selected honor the very best the profession has to offer.

2.  Ensuring a Diverse Slate of Entrants

ThinkAdvisor strives to focus its recognition awards on the absolute best the profession has to offer and solicits submissions from all relevant nominees across a range of backgrounds, geographies and organization types. We leverage the ThinkAdvisor community to ensure the broadest representation of the industry.

3.  Nomination Review Process

Using the criteria posted online, senior editors possessing decades of market knowledge and expertise review all submissions before presenting a list of nominees to our judging panel. Out of hundreds of submissions only top candidates are selected as finalists.

4.  Judging

To avoid conflicts of interest, all judges are required to recuse themselves from evaluating entries in any category where they have competing interests or potential biases. While highly knowledgeable in their fields, the judges do not directly compete with the entries they review.

5.  Announcement of Finalists/Winners

All finalists are recognized for their achievements on ThinkAdvisor and at the awards event, where winners are announced.
